ii. Advertisers
Advertisers agree to abide by these terms and conditions
Advertisers must not promote illegal, political, offensive or distasteful products, services, items or otherwise.
All advertising is ultimately subject to Oresq administrative approval and as such Oresq reserves the right to suspend or delete any campaign or account without notice.
Compensation for any technical difficulties incurred by using Oresq is limited to the sum of expenditure by the advertiser.
iii. Publishers
Publishers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Publishers will implement Oresq on their website(s) assuming full technical responsibility for doing so.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accurate and consistent service, in the event of technical difficulty Oresq cannot compensate publishers where there is no mechanism to track or obtain payments due.
Publishers are approved manually and their participation in Oresq services is subject to the ongoing conformity to the terms and conditions of use.
All publishing accounts are ultimately subject to Oresq administrative approval and as such Oresq reserves the right to suspend any account should it breach the terms and conditions outlined here.
